Overview
Villa Sunbreeze is where modern sophistication meets real tropical living. The spacious kitchen with its large island peninsula opens directly into the bright living room, with expansive glass doors framing views straight out to the sundeck and pool. Inside and outside stop feeling like two separate places.
The layout is designed around privacy as much as openness. Both bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the villa, giving owners and guests their own quiet corners - connected to the home, but genuinely separate from each other.
The outdoor bar and entertaining area is built for actual use. Positioned right beside the pool, it's designed for barbecues, alfresco dinners, and the kind of long evenings where nobody wants to go inside.
Built around the way people actually want to live:
- Split bedroom layout - both suites on opposite sides of the villa, each with a private ensuite, ideal for guests or rental
- The kitchen island faces the living room and pool — whoever's cooking stays part of the conversation
- Sundeck creates a proper transition zone between the interior and the pool
- Large enough to carve out a home office (popular with remote workers)
- The outdoor bar means nobody's running inside for drinks all evening
- Half bath by the pool
Your days here look like this:
Coffee at the kitchen island while the morning light comes through the glass doors. Guests visiting are close enough, but also far enough for everyone to have privacy. Happy hour at the outdoor bar before anyone's decided what's for dinner. The pool handles the rest of the afternoon.
