NEW! Townhouses: If you want the luxury of a villa at a more affordable price point, a townhouse may be the way to go! All our townhouses are priced at $199,700 USD and follow the same basic floor plan, which features 2 large bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a covered terrace, and an outdoor in-ground pool.

NEW! Fractional Ownership Program: If you’re looking for a simpler method of property ownership, our fractional ownership program allows you to become a partial owner of 5 townhouses in our Casa Linda Community. When you sign up for this program, you purchase shares in the company that transfer to legal, titled co-ownership of five Casa Linda properties. Each owner is allotted a minimum of 4 weeks per year, per person to use their properties (the more shares you purchase, the more weeks you’re allotted).
