Your trip essentially pays for itself
If you fall in love with Casa Linda and decide to purchase a new construction villa, we'll reimburse $1,300 US toward your flight costs. For most North American visitors, that covers the return flights entirely.
There's no obligation and no pressure. But it does mean that coming to see us is essentially a free trip if you end up buying - which is a pretty good deal for one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make.
